Ballet I – Beginner ~ No experience required
Ballet II – Continuing -  1 to 2 full years of ballet
Ballet III – Intermediate - 3+ years of ballet

We recommend ballet students enroll in at least 2 weekly classes.
To choose the proper classes begin with the lowest level and age group appropriate for your first weekly class. Then add the next challenging class for your second and third. Or just reach out to Miss Loren and she will point you in the right direction. 
  • Full school year consists of 4, 8 class quarters (32 classes) + rehearsal week
  • Tuition is due quarterly

Each class will perform 1 dance. Except Lyrical/Jazz. They perform one dance in each style. Costume purchases will be required for each dance. Generally a specific skirt, leotard, shirt, etc. More info on the recital to follow

Class Descriptions

Pre Ballet ages: 3-4
​The class offers the perfect combination of beginning classical ballet discipline (foot positions, graceful arm movements, basic steps, beginning barre work), and creative play (hula hoops, beanbag frogs, and fun sing along music). Children build core motor skills, gain coordination, discipline and creativity. Your child will adore this class!
  • Dress Code; leotard, pink tights, ballet skirt, pink leather ballet slippers.
Ballet ages: 5-Adult
Age/Level Appropriate Ballet Technique: proper posture & alignment, body positions, arabesques, port de bras, vocabulary and choreography. We encourage anyone with the desire to work towards dancing en pointe to go for it.
  • Dress Code: ages 3-17 ~ leotard, tights, skirt/shorts, ballet slippers, hair up and secured to your head.
  • Dress Code: ages 18+ ~ comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, ballet slippers, hair up and secured to head.
  • Class specific color leotard/tights/shoes will be required for performance.
Hip Hop
​Learn the fundamentals of hip hop movement in this upbeat and high-energy classes. Stretching, isolations, rhythms, musicality and upper body movements will be incorporated. Students will learn to memorize choreography by working on a combination each class. Our Hip Hop class is aimed at beginner to continuing level students.​
  • Dress Code: form fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement, any 'dance' shoes; clean sneakers. No outside shoes on the dance floor. 
Lyrical/Jazz Combo
Class style alternates weekly. Lyrical fuses ballet and jazz. Its more balletic than jazz and more free flowing than ballet. It demands technical skill, musicality and an expression of emotion. Jazz dance on the other hand is often more syncopated with high levels of energy. Jazz fuses ballet and hip hop. Basic steps from ballet joined with greater body isolations and style. Our Lyrical/Jazz classes are aimed at beginner to continuing level students.
  • ​Dress Code: 10-17 ~ leotard,  tan convertible tights, skirt/shorts, black jazz shoes, barefoot or paws for lyrical in class, dance paws required for performance. 
  • Dress Code: ages 18+ ~ comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, dance shoes (ballet slippers, paws, jazz shoes).
Ballet Fit
A mood lit, follow the leader style, teen/adult, mat class based around floor barre & Pilates. NO experience required. Mats provided.
